REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At TuMiSo Glow Co, we take pride in the quality of our skincare products. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The item was received damaged or defective.
• The wrong product was delivered to you.
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Opened or used skincare products.
• Items purchased on sale or as part of a bundle promotion.
• Gift cards.
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at info@tumisoventures.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
3. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to send a replacement at no extra charge, subject to stock availability.
