Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
TuMiSo Glow Co is based in Roodepoort, Gauteng, South Africa. We ship nationwide and aim to get your glow products to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
• Standard Delivery (nationwide): 3–5 business days — R60–R90
• Express Delivery (Gauteng area): 1–2 business days — R100–R130
• Free standard shipping on orders over R900.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery through the courier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at info@tumisoventures.co.za before the order is dispatched.
Undelivered / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery fees will apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@tumisoventures.co.za. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
